Q. Is it more difficult to get into graduate and professional school than undergraduate school?

A. The same factors that have converged to make the undergraduate admissions process extremely competitive have also altered the graduate school admissions landscape as well.

This past year, the University of Connecticut School of Law received 2,850 applications – for an entering class of 230. Columbia Business School received more than 5,300 MBA applications – and accepted only 17 percent of that group.
